is a powerful management tool with enhanced reporting functionality to track not
only the progress of an account, but the collection and resolution of an account
along with a complete financial accounting of each and every file. Along
with customized reporting, all reports are downloadable into an Excel for
internal data manipulation or a PDF document for a printed document to remain
unchanged. Detailed statistical information is also provided as a
management tool to easily evaluate the 3rd party involvement, your Credit &
Collection Policy, and internal processes.
