Demand Service? |

Although, we have a standard Ten-Day Free
Demand Service on all accounts placed, this option can also be waived to
speed up the collection process. |

The average tenure of our employees is over 8 years. Top Management has a 15-year
average tenure. |

How long is your training process? |
|
|
It depends on the position. Customer Service training can last up to 3 weeks. The
collection and sales staff program runs for one month. Everything in DAL's operation
has checks and balances, so there is an ongoing process of education and review
in all positions.

| Do you perform your own skip tracing? |
|
|
We have an in-house skip-tracer. If needed, we can also do fee-based Asset and Liability
Searches.

| What is your procedure for recovered funds? |
|
|
When recovery is made, you are notified immediately and recovered funds are sent
to you within 15 days.
