DAL holds the prestigious Certificate of Compliance with the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). This means that DAL adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and uses reputable collection procedures while maintaining good will. CCAA certified membership identifies the elite in the collection industry. Only 115 of about 4,000 agencies nationwide have qualified for CCAA membership and certification by the CLLA.

DAL is required to maintain a separate Trust Account for Collected Funds. In addition, the CCAA provides a bond for your protection. If you have a problem with a certified agency, you may call on the agency's Executive Director to register a complaint.
