DAL is not a call center. We are seasoned collection professionals
who work each case based on its particular need. Add to that our expanded hours
and DAL's exclusive Second Collector Process, and the net

Placement Options |

There are a variety of ways for you to place accounts with DAL - PPA (For Clients
Only), E-mail, Fax, Phone, Mail or Bulk Placements. These options
were designed to enhance your collection efforts with ease of placement to transmit
seamlessly from your company to ours.

For Individual Placements: |
|
|
|
For Clients Only: Go to
www.dalcollects.com. Enter into DAL's PPA (Password Protected
Area). Click on Place a Claim. Enter in the
debtor information only (your information is already entered). Using the Browser
function, attach any files for documentation, then hit submit. |

E-mail: Go to
www.dalcollects.com. Click on Place a Claim, fill
in the information requested. Using the Browser function, attach any files for supporting
documentation, then hit submit. |

Click on Place a Claim. Print the Placement Form. Fill

10 Day Free Demand Options |
|
|
You can take advantage of our Ten Day Free Demand Option
when placing your account for collection. This option will allow any payments reported
within ten days, due to the gentle nudge our first letter provides, to be FREE of
any charges by DAL.
Of course, you can waive the ten days spent in the mail.
When Placing a Claim, check off the box to "Waive Free
Demand." Upon receipt of the claim, our collectors will proceed with immediate personal
contact the very next business day.

Reporting Options |
It's 7 p.m. Do you need to know the status of your debtor?
Meeting in 5 minutes? Just Click and Print. A custom report is ready in an instant.
|
|
|
All this is available through DAL's Exclusive PPA (Password
Protected Area). Although you receive all copies of correspondence and regular
updates, with DAL's Exclusive PPA (Password Protected Area),
you can log on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and get up-to-date status reports on
any and all of your accounts, including the collector's notes and financials. And
creating individual and/or group custom reports, in an instant, is a cinch through
DAL's PPA.

Beyond the availability of the information gathered through
the PPA, at DAL, we know how important it is to keep
in touch with our clients. Even though our principal collection tool is the telephone,
you receive all copies of correspondence sent to the debtor and periodic updates
on our telephone results. Or, chose to receive the slimmed-down version, and request
"Positive Reporting." This option briefs you only on the basics: openings,
closings, requests for information, attorney referrals, and payments received.
No matter how you choose to receive information from DAL,
if you have any questions or concerns, you can always feel free to speak directly
with the collector handling the claim - by phone, fax or e-mail. It's your choice!

Attorney Referrals |
|
|
At DAL, we don't waste precious time on your delinquent accounts. Only after all
of our in-house resources are exhausted, the legal system is considered as the next
step. As a holder of the Certificate
of Compliance with the Commercial Collection Agency Association of the Commercial
Law League of America, we have access to a Worldwide Attorney Network. We
use commercial collection attorneys, who specialize in creditors' rights located
in the state and county of your debtor. The local presence gives you maximum effectiveness.
Like us, they are bonded for your protection- and you can be assured that we will
continue to monitor your attorney's progress, while keeping you informed at the
same time.

| Recovery/Payment Policy and Options |
|
|
When recovery is made, you are notified immediately and
recovered funds are sent to you within 15 days. Or, if you prefer, request our One-Check
System, and we can process your debtors on a monthly basis saving you time
and money on individual processing.
