About the DAL PPA:
The DAL PPA is a powerful management tool. It has enhanced reporting functionality to track the progress and status of your accounts, the collections and resolutions of your accounts, interact with the collector handling a file, AND provides you with instant detailed financials summaries and statistics of your accounts placed with us.

Here, you can:

• Place a Claim online with attachments for a paperless transmission with online and email confirmations
• View your company information on file with DAL
• View debtor information on accounts placed with DAL, including collector’s notes and financials
• Interactive functionality with the Collector handling a particular file
• Create custom reports instantly with the ability to export to a PDF or Excel document
• Research the DAL Debtor Database to ward off potential debt problems
